Super Lage direkt am Meer. Mir war das Meeresrauschen dann teilweise zu laut ;-)Mit Google Maps hat man die Villa schnell gefunden. Housekeeping war auf Zuruf immer erreichbar.Sehr sauberes Haus, viel Beton. Leider lebt irgendwas in der Dunstabzugshaube und zwischen den Wänden. Habe innen nie was gesehen, nur immer wieder gehört.Möbel, Wände, Pool sind etwas abgenutzt - das gehört aber dazu. Garten und Pool wurden regelmäßig gereinigt.Der Vermieter war schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Vorteil: Haus liegt an einer sehr schönen Stelle, direkt am Strand. Vor dem Haus Mangroven, sehr viele Affen, kleine Warane usw. hinter dem Haus Hunde u. manchmal Kühe die über den Strand laufen. Die Hunde sind alle lieb, wenn man denen ein bisschen zu fressen gibt, beschützen sie einen vor den Tieren - Affen, Warane, Schlangen usw. Von Menschen hat man hier seine Ruhe. Der nächste Markt ist ca. 20 min Entfernt - hier bekommt man alles was man braucht, frisch. Wenn man hier dann mal Menschen sieht sind es Thailänder. Freundliche, herzliche Menschen die einen auch nicht bescheißen, weil man die Sprache nicht spricht. Nachteil: Haus ist etwas runtergekommen. Keine Liegen vorhanden, weder für die Terrasse, noch für den Strand. Balkon u. Terrasse oben haben nichts zum sitzen oder liegen. Da kann man nur stehen. Spülmaschine, Ofen ging nicht - Pool wird 1x in 2 Wochen gereinigt. Dusche verrostet und es kommt kaum Wasser raus. Geschirr u. Besteck - alt und kaum was vorhanden. Vermieter: Er ist freundlich und antwortet schnell. Hat bei ein paar Dingen direkt geholfen. Wollte auch die Spülmaschine, Ofen reparieren lassen - wir wollten nicht das in unserem Urlaub jemand in der Küche an den Maschinen rumschraubt.
