In the immediate vicinity, you can find many shops (Żabka, Lidl, Aldi, Biedronka), restaurants (Quźnia Smaków, 62 Bar & Restaurant, Odessa), and service points. The apartment is well-connected due to the numerous bus and tram stops nearby (Koronkarska, Zawady, Hlonda, Studzienna), as well as the railway station (Poznań Wschód).
