The pool is heated in the summer upon request, up to 32 degrees. Weber gas grill provided, outdoor play area for children with patio furniture, ducted air conditioning throughout the house, American-style refrigerator, washer, dryer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, wine cooler, large Sony cinema-style TV in the living room (215 cm) with Netflix, PlayStation 5, etc.
You’re right at the edge of the Garrigue, near Nîmes and its beautiful arena (a historic monument!), Uzès, the magnificent Pont du Gard, and rivers; 45 minutes from the sea, the Cévennes, and just 10 minutes from the highway. Very well located and very quiet.
