In the heart of the Black Valley, between Guéret and Châteauroux, our house welcomes you for a peaceful stay, just a stone's throw from the Dryades Golf & Spa.

You can enjoy a swimming pool shared with the owners, ideal for relaxing at any time of day. Children will be delighted to meet the donkeys and chickens that live on the property.

A tranquil setting, perfect for recharging your batteries and discovering the charms of the Berry region. The house is semi-detached to the owners' house and features a living room with a kitchen/dining area (fireplace), a lounge with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a reading corner (board games). There is also a shower room.

Upstairs: a bedroom with two single beds (120 cm), one double bed (160 cm) (TV), and a cot (for children up to 5 years old).

A conservatory furnished with plants (tables, armchairs, and lounge chairs) is also available. A covered terrace is shared with the owners. Bicycles are available for your use.

Shared swimming pool (10m x 5m – max depth 1.70m), open from early April to late October.

Parking on the property, small private courtyard, and access to a garage.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
Optional: Pet supplement €4 per night
