Kyle was great, very friendly and helpful! The bed was hard as a rock, the pull out couch was horrendous. The couch was so deformed even with the bed closed up you could visibly see the cushions slouching. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch even though there were 3 of us listed on the reservation. Breakfast was nice with plenty options.

Staff were very kind and helpful. My room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast has a good amount of variety and was replenished frequently. The 24/7 complimentary tea and coffee service in the lobby was a nice bonus. I also enjoyed the small gym and cold filtered water. Only complaint I had was of the 3 days I spent here, 2 of them had the pool and hot tub completely shut down for cleaning. I was looking forward to it given I stayed during a winter snow storm and had limited options outdoors to enjoy.

Tough pancakes, scrambled eggs dense and dry. Turkey sausage is not a commonly liked breakfast meat, at least not for it to be the only meat offered. It didn’t taste good. I did like the jalepeno egg muffin thing.

I highly suggest people avoid booking a reservation at this hotel. There are so many options and many under the Marriott brand that are nearby and 150 times better. This is an old dump. Fireplaces do not work. Heat take hours to heat up room. Fridge was junk. Bathroom looked like it was last done in 1974. Awful hotel especially if you have been and are experiencing the usual “residence Imm” or “Marriott” experience and reliability. This hotel should’ve sold by Marriott, this is more of a holiday inn or best western level. Very disappointed and will never sta again.

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly. Disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. That was the only reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. The bagels were stale, and the coffee was ice cold. The room was very spacious and clean. Very noisy outside at 6 AM on the third floor and could clearly hear people talking and cleaning snow off their cars as well as maintenance cleaning the sidewalks.
