Disappointed!

When we got there, I was impressed by the lobby and bar area. It was clean, updated and appealing. Upon entering the room, right away I was unhappy. There were brown stains all over the walls and the carpet was ripping in spots. The ceiling in the bathroom were peeling. The toilet kept running when no one was using it, and toilet paper would sporadically come back up. When I went to the front desk, she sent a "maintenance" man who showed up with no tools. He flushed the toilet and said, it's fine. When I explained to him that it kept running and paper was coming back up, he said, "hold down the flusher." We were near a staircase, and every time someone used the stairs, the door slammed extremely loudly. When people were going up and down late at night and early in the morning, we couldn't sleep. The beds were comfortable and clean but this hotel needs to invest in the rooms overall.

Worst hotel experience ever. Very strong mildew smell triggered my allergies severely, and I needed a new room. Found random hair in my room, bathmats and towels were damp, shower had no hot water, loud people in halls until 3am kept me awake. I would not recommend anyone stay here, in fact, the health department should be notified regarding the mold/mildew odor in the basement, which is a floor with hotel rooms on it.

First room was in basement, as soon as we got out of the elevator it smelled moldy and there were air purifiers all down the hallway, once arrived at room door connecting to storage room was open and did not close and the outside door to storage was also opened, felt u safe. We were offered a room upstairs, it looked nice clean and organized. It was very late and Fido price until the morning there was mold in the ceiling.

Front desk staff was nice!! It's nice that coffee is always available. The hotel hallways and room had a funky smell to them. Also, only a couple of the tv channels worked.
