Room was clean. Didn’t have sheets and pillow for pull out couch in the closet. Had to call front desk. Which they brought but feel like I shouldn’t have to call for that. Also. Today is Thanksgiving. This place doesn’t even offer coffee to their guest, even on a holiday? Not very welcoming. You have to pay for EVERYTHING. Wouldn’t come back here. There are other places around with good reviews that include breakfast and pool. My goodness I’m sure they would at the least offer their guest coffee.

5 very small luggage carts for over 90 rooms Several Front Desk clerks lacked customer service skills and had a hard time communicating. "I don't know" was a very common answer among most of them. Ice Machine was moldy and gross Overall appearance was run down and not well maintained at all.

Staff were very friendly and personable. Room condition was ok, there was what appeared to be hair gel on the head board. The room was quite small but we made it work for one night. I won’t be staying here again because I spent $240 on a room and breakfast couldn’t even be included.

We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast. I did my reservation through a website. The rooms were clean, nothing to complaint about. Very quiet atmosphere, which is very important to me. No pets allowed in their policy. This is in case you decided to take your pet. Plenty of parking, places to go shopping were at walking distance. Friendly staff and very helpful. The only downfall were the facilities near the reception (restroom) not clean. First impression first, but that doesn't subtract to the rest of the good service provided. I believe the staff will take carecof this small issue. Overall good service, Excellent place to rest. Thank you+

Awesome stay!

Very clean, nice and convenient to get from car to room. My husband said they had the best shower water pressure he had ever experienced in his entire life. Lol. Awesome stay! Very quiet when we were there.
