I’m not sure what’s going on with this hotel lately. I stayed here last week and again last night, and both times the lobby and breakfast area had no heat—it was freezing. This morning there was also no hot water for a shower. The front desk attendant said she fixed it, but that didn’t help me when I needed to get to work. This used to be my go-to hotel in the Poughkeepsie area, but unfortunately that’s no longer the case.

Great hotel for a great price point, stayed here while shooting a wedding in the Hudson Valley and it was in a great location, they allowed for an early check in for a small uncharge, room was clean, staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This was a nice hotel a long time ago. Nothing has been updated or repaired in decades. The room had a rancid odor coming from the carpet. There were loud unruly "guests" yelling and playing loud music all night and into the morning hours. There was a very large drug bust in the hotel one morning police task force with camouflage automatic rifles running through the halls yelling like maniacs at 5 am (really!) The person at the front desk acted like I was crazy for complaining about it! Saying "it doesnt happen that often" I would never stay here again . They should make up their mind whether they want to be a homeless shelter/halfway house or a clean, safe hotel - trying to be voth usnt safe, honest or possible.. Do not stay here!

I went for the suite because it had the jetted tub. Although only 1 of the jets was functional,but for the price of $140 a night I would say the suite was good.they did forget the cloths for your face all the other hand towels and body towels were there.for the price and location it was decent.I may have did something wrong but the wifi seemed to be a bit difficult to connect to for the purpose of watching youtube,tubi,netflix etc.
