The staff were as helpful as they could be .However the hotel rooms were not Clean . Bathroom door looked like there had been water damage. Changed rooms to lower level and that was even worse. Booked for 2 nights stayed for one. Did not feel comfortable at all.

Air-conditioning was the issue . The staff for turn off the air-conditioner at 10 am we had a total of three rooms booked and two of them. The air-conditioner was not working. We had to call in the staff a few times to make sure the air-conditioner works. They were such hot days in London they should’ve made sure their air-conditioner works for their guests.
