This thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps 14 guests, with a sleeper sofa available for two additional small guests.

The parking adjacent to the secondary home is owner reserved but may be utilized upon request at owner discretion.

Please take note of the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Welk Manor. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect our house rules: no smoking or vaping inside the home or on the patio, and no pets are allowed. Please keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings, to respect our neighbors. Ample parking is available in the driveway for your vehicles, trailers, and boats; please do not park on the lawn. If you need assistance with parking, feel free to ask. We also ask that you treat the property with care and inform us immediately of any issues. The jet skis are not available for guest use. For any questions or needs during your stay, feel free to contact us via text or phone; we check emails at least once a day.
