We stayed 2 nights at the Villa in their most delux sweet. The view was increadible and the location was great. The service wasn’t reflective of the price tag that we were charged: 1. We were told at our arrival that complementary water is only included for the first night(!!). Very disappointing considering we had paid >500€ per night. 2. The breakfast was included but only included pastries/ham and cheese. Any eggs/omelette were extra. 3. After we had checked out, we asked the front desk if they had any available showers since our airport transfer wasn’t until the afternoon and we were planning on spending the remaining part of the day at the beach. They said they could only offer washrooms to freshen up which is very reasonable. To our surprise, the washrooms they provided included showers and were fully equipped they just didn’t want to give us that service. Overall, our experience was good at the villa, but we expected a better service and care.

The front desk staff was great! Sorry I forgot her name but a woman with short red hair went above and beyond! She recommended great places to eat and made us reservations! We left early morning (5:30) and the man over night had coffee and pastries waiting for us!

You'll get your steps in (literally) every day as Positano has some steep walking and this hotel is no exception. But the view & space on the top floor was worth it if you can handle the daily workout. No elevator but there are chairs mid-way to rest haha. All of it helps walk off those big Italian dinners! If arriving with more than carry-on luggage, I recommend taking taxi directly to hotel instead of trying to walk from ferry.

Loved our stay here. The beach was within walking distance. Shopping and restaurants all along the way. The hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer. Breakfast served in your room every morning at your time preference. Ours was delivered to our balcony overlooking the sea. A beautiful view!!
