Villa Cipriana is a characteristic one-story independent house overlooking the sea and the main beach of Positano. It sleeps five people. From Villa Cipriana you will enjoy an enchanting view of the beach and of the sea and of the ancient Cathedral of Positano. Villa Cipriana is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Positano, a few steps from restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet). You will reach Villa Cipriana along a public walkway that includes approximately 60 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Cipriana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved). Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room going down five steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the beach and of the sea.

Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of Positano through a French door. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
