Rosa House – Private Terrace with Spectacular Views in the Heart of Positano

In the heart of Positano, Rosa House offers one of those unforgettable views that become part of the journey itself. An independent and private home overlooking Spiaggia Grande, the iconic majolica-tiled dome of the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, and the mosaic of pastel-coloured houses that makes Positano instantly recognisable around the world. Its most extraordinary feature is the large private panoramic terrace: spacious, elevated and entirely reserved for guests, it allows you to experience Positano outdoors from morning until sunset, watching the changing light continuously transform the colours of the coastline and the bay.



The house can accommodate up to four guests and features bright, functional interiors furnished with a charming Mediterranean simplicity. The double bedroom has a traditional and welcoming atmosphere and includes a private bathroom, a large wardrobe and direct access to the balcony.



The living area has been designed to provide comfort throughout your stay. Here you will find a dining area, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob and everything needed to prepare your own meals and breakfasts. The double sofa bed can be used as an additional sleeping area, allowing the house to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.



Both the bedroom and the living room provide access to the balcony, furnished with a table and chairs and ideal for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. However, it is on the large private terrace that Rosa House truly reveals its unique character: the view opens across Spiaggia Grande, the church, the bay and the colourful houses climbing the mountainside. It is a particularly rare space in the centre of Positano, perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view, relaxing during the day or simply watching the town change atmosphere as evening approaches.



The house is equipped with air conditioning and fast, stable Wi-Fi, also suitable for guests who need to work remotely or wish to use their favourite streaming services. Bed linen is provided, together with a set of three towels per person – face towel, bath towel and bidet towel – as well as a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper.



Guests are personally welcomed upon arrival. A member of our staff will meet you, accompany you into the house and provide all the information you need for your stay, together with useful recommendations and advice for experiencing Positano and the surrounding area. For this reason, your approximate arrival time must be arranged in advance. After booking, we will contact you privately to organise your check-in.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. For later arrivals, an additional fee must be paid in cash upon arrival: €30 from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, €50 from 10:30 PM to midnight, and €80 from midnight to 2:00 AM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.



Rosa House does not have private parking. Reaching Positano by car is generally not recommended due to the narrow roads, limited parking availability and the cost of private garages. Guests who nevertheless choose to arrive by car can use one of the paid private parking facilities available in town.



At check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid identity document, as required by the mandatory registration procedure with the relevant authorities.



A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is also applicable and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under the age of 10 are exempt.



Rosa House is located within an authentic residential setting, and we therefore ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the area, particularly during the evening hours. This is a home designed for those who want to experience Positano from a privileged perspective, with the freedom of having one of its most iconic views right in front of them and a large private outdoor space from which to enjoy it.
