If you visit Positano, PLEASE stay here! You’ll not regret it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, a bit extra for us, since Swiss airlines lost our luggage’s for 3 days and the hotel front desk went the extra 100 miles to help us get it back. We super appreciated their help! The location is superb! Across the Da Vicenzo restaurant, which is a must. And 5 minutes downhill to downtown Positano. The view from the room during breakfast is breathtaking! I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. Next time in Positano, we’ll definitely stay here again!

The lady working front desk did her job by providing information and organizing pickup. However, she ruined our experience by making it unwelcoming - hovering over anytime we left/came back, reminding us of the rules repeatedly when nothing was warranted. Beautiful hotel - horrible staff member. Considering we were barely there and kept to ourselves and paid for a great experience, it was shocking to feel that be ruined from the FACE of the hotel. Kitchen staff and room service staff was amazing.
