The room was roomy, white clean, crisp sheets and towels. It had a lovely balcony with a retractable awning, perfect for a glass of wine and appetizers at the end of the day. Loved the staff! Breakfast had so many options, many organic so something for everyone. Short walk to the beach and shopping.

Perfect location close to the local bus line and pedestrian access to the city/beach. Quaint, clean room with view of the water and small balcony. Accommodating staff-even allowed my husband to use the small elevator when he sprained his ankle during the trip. Two long flights of stairs to access the room, but typical for Positano as the entire city is on a steep hillside. Excellent breakfast with good variety.

So glad we chose this hotel. Excellent location in the heart of the Central area. Friendly and helpful staff that reached out in the weeks before our trip and helped us arrange baggage transfers and transportation from Ravello. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff are excellent and gave us sightseeing and hiking tips. Would highly r recommend.

Balcony view was the only positive experience. Poor bread quality in doggy bag, which I suspect they recycled cos is so crushed n used.. not hygienic! Fruits are either over ripe or unripe! The bananas are so black, unfit to be served. Room service was do slip shot, within 15min! Sink not properly washed..

The breakfast was very nice. The location is great! Hotel is kept very clean. I dropped a piece of jewelry down the sink late at night and the employee at the front desk quickly retrieved it for me. I left medication in the refrigerator and an employee dropped it off at my new location about 30 minutes away. How helpful!!!
