This hotel is beautiful and wonderfully updated and maintained. The morning breakfast is divine and the staff is over and above kind and attentive. The location is great, but you do need to have porters bring your luggage from wherever you get dropped off because the passage ways in Positano are crowded. We LOVED our stay here!

The hotel is very well located for those who want to stay in the Positano marina and avoid the stairs. Efficient staff 😁 Excellent breakfast with extremely kind staff. I stayed in a beachfront apartment with a stunning view at sunset. I recommend it.

Excellent hotel in an amazing location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. Please be aware that if you are going to the beach for the day you will have to pay extra to rent a chair and umbrella from a third party. It can get pricey.

Room was perfect and had an AMAZING ocean view! The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly nice and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were there to help with anything, luggage, recommendations, directions, it was great! Excellent property and staff!! From the moment we stepped in the door of this property it was a dream come true! The staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant. We felt like royalty the entire time. The room (junior suite) was a dream, and the terrace was just the perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing views of Positano day and night. Stunning!! Beautiful! The breakfast was beyond amazing with all the choices offered and the views while dining I can't put into words how amazing and relaxing it was to start each day. Excellent service the moment you walk in, courteous and attentive to every need that you might have. Clean room, and quiet at night. Breakfast is just amazing and the staff is so helpful... while sitting at my table, I didn't have to get up for little things. My room was facing the amazing Positano beach, and it did not disappoint at all. Keep in mind that you would hear the noise of the beach, but once you close the doors is just fine.

The restaurant/bar staff members in the open air restaurant/bar were fantastic ! The front desk staff was also very helpful, BUT I WAS APALLED THAT THEY ASKED FOR A TIP WHEN CHECKING OUT !!! After spending so much money with the hotel rates for 5 rooms, I find it insulting to get asked for a tip from the front desk staff. I travel a lot and this has never happened in 40+ yrs. !
