On the first floor, the spacious, light-filled living area with an open kitchen opens up—the lively heart of the house. Make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofas, enjoy the sweeping view across the fields, and let the wood-burning stove warm you up.

The high-quality kitchen with a large cooking island invites you to enjoy convivial cooking moments. The dining table comfortably seats up to six people—ideal for long evenings filled with laughter, conversation, and good food.

The spacious, lovingly landscaped property is fully fenced and offers plenty of room for children and dogs to play and run around. On the “morning terrace,” you can welcome the day with a cup of coffee and a view of the fields; on the “evening terrace,” you can let the day come to a pleasant close with warm lighting and good food.

In the attic, a cozy loft with a TV corner awaits you—perfect for quiet moments. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds; the third features two single beds. Two modern bathrooms—one with a shower, one with a bathtub—as well as a soothing infrared sauna ensure relaxation and comfort.
