The house is located in the middle of a listed park which is only accessible to holiday guests. The property is surrounded on all sides by the "Üselitzer Wiek", a protected natural bay in the south of Rügen.

The apartment is on the top floor (3rd Upper floor) of the manor house and is approximately 100 square meters.
