Hotel muito bom, excelente custo benefício. A equipe é muito atenciosa, em especial o Francisco e a Gisela que me atenderam muito bem. O café estava gostoso, mas senti falta de mais opções salgadas. Os doces são incríveis!!! Inicialmente me colocaram em um quarto reformado, o que era bom, em andar alto. Contudo, a trava da porta não estava fechando e o quarto era muito pequeno. Depois me transferiram para um quarto muito maior, muito confortável, mas que não foi reformado, então precisa de uma atenção. Em resumo, gostei do hotel, da localização, do café, do atendimento e certamente voltaria a me hospedar lá. Ah, e Posadas é linda!
