Minha estadia no Bagu Urbano foi muito positiva, com destaque para a hospitalidade e o espaço físico. Abaixo, detalho os pontos principais: ​👍 Pontos Positivos ​Acomodações: O tamanho do quarto e do banheiro superou as expectativas. É um ambiente amplo, o que garante muito conforto para circular e organizar as malas. ​Higiene: A limpeza estava impecável em todas as áreas, algo fundamental para uma boa experiência. ​Café da Manhã: Muito bom! Variedade e qualidade que garantem um ótimo começo de dia. ​Atendimento: A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e eficiente. ​👎 Pontos Negativos ​Climatização: O ar-condicionado era bastante ruidoso, o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve. ​Manutenção: Tive um problema técnico com a TV logo na chegada. No entanto, o ponto negativo foi minimizado pela agilidade da equipe, que realizou a troca do aparelho rapidamente. ​Veredito: É um hotel que entrega um ótimo custo-benefício e resolve os imprevistos com rapidez. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza!

buen hotel buen posicion

Hotel bien ubicado. Personal muy muy atento y siempre listo para ayudar. Las instalaciones podrian mejorar; el gymnasio es solo una sala muy chica, con 2 maquinas y unas pesas, pero no hay agua ni toallas y sobretodo no hay aire acondicionado, lo cual lo vuelve una sauna. igualmente el restaurante del desayuno, sin aire acondicionado, se me hace algo no aceptable por el tipo de hotel y el clima de la ciudad donde se encuentra.
