Staff were good but the Club Room on the 4th floor, above the outside gym area was noisy in the evening. Music & mic was an issue that you couldn't get away from. The evening would be understandable but music and loud Mic voice and heavy Bass started at 05:45am both days I stayed. Cant see me staying again if and when I'm in Portsmouth.

Clean room. Super efficient and friendly staff. Everley pool and facilities - clean and perfect temperature pool and other facilities in the spa areas. Bar staff and area very welcoming with screens for sports all around if that's your interest but not intrusive if it's not. Starbucks staff Were excellent and coffee was delicious - a nice touch.

My whole stay was amazing , staff were all so friendly and seemed happy in their work , from check in , waitress staff at dinner , breakfast staff and checkout they were all so accommodating and helpful . Room good spotlessly clean and very quiet till this morning exercise class but that was ok as it was quite late . will be looking to stay in a village hotel again . Thankyou

The hotel was difficult to find in the dark with google maps. The king sized bed was uncomfortable as it was 2 singles joined together. I either felt I was on top of a mound or on the join.
