The room was beautiful! They accommodated me with an hour early check in snd check out.. The food in the restaurant was fabulous! Live music next door at the Garage on Friday night was Wonderful too! This was my 5th time staying here! My son just graduated this weekend/ but if i ever need to come back around the area The Governor’s Inn is the first place I would look for availability! Nice clean room. Excellent location for our needs. Nice tavern on site. The only downside was that the room was just above the kitchen exhaust, and the smell in the room wasn't the greatest. I don't know if other rooms had this same issue.

Incredible stay at the Governor's. The warm welcome, the room was beautiful, spacious and clean. You can really see that the staff loves their job. We ate at the restaurant, food was good, again staff so lovely!
