The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The hotel feels outdated, and the rooms are in poor condition. The showers especially need maintenance, and overall housekeeping was below average. The gym area definitely needs improvement, and the cleaning and maintenance of the elevators also need serious attention. Definitely not the quality I expected.

The room smelt like bowel and water in bathroom dripped all night. Housekeeping only took dirty towel didn't replace towels and pulled cover up on bed . Didnt vacuum or fold bed sheet to attempt to care about cleaning the bed properly.

All of the staff were friendly and responsive. The air conditioning did not work properly in our room and they moved us to a new room. The hotel entrance area was not super clean. The rooms were a bit worn for the price point of this hotel. Another thing we did not like was the room lighting. It was very dim. On a better note the view from our room was wonderful.The location of the property was great and the area very walkable to restaurants.
