Was clean and easy for sleep. Would not stay for more than this, definitely run down, worn out, but bed and bath were clean, so it served its purpose. Still way overpriced for out of season, but still among cheapest.

If you don't mind there not being much in the way of amenities, i.e., no microwave, ironing board, in-room coffee maker, safe, little toiletries, but appreciate a super clean and comfortable room, then you will not be disappointed here. Usually, when we stay in a new place, the first night's sleep is not great. This place, both nights we slept like babies - very clean and comfortable bed with a nice ocean view. The staff is friendly, and the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby is great. We look forward to returning to the Hampton House Hotel.

The staff was very helpful when we checked in. However, I left my phone charger in the room when we checked out. I called within a few hours and asked the lady at the front desk. She said she would check with housekeeping and call me back. Of course, I never heard back from her. It wasn’t a big deal, but a return call would have been nice. Air conditioner was not great.

Very good location and friendly staff. Room also very clean. The only disadvantage is no micro oven in rooms. How ever it’s available in the common lobby area. Overall it’s good.
