Arrived to a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes after being shown to our parking spot, in the furthest spot away from our room. Over half of the power outlets did not work, and the sliding glass door to the room did not lock. Compared to other hotels in the area, Grand View is on average higher in price and lower quality. For $250 a night, having a working power outlet to charge my cellphone, or even a hotel room that simply could be locked, would have made the price a good deal more reasonable

A beautiful front deck for watching the sunrise over the ocean. Just across the street from the beach. Very friendly owners/hosts. Walking distance from everything you want or need. Great place! :)
