More attention to details!!

Upon arrival I was told that I booked the rooms through Expedia. I was also told if something went wrong they would not be able to help me because I didn't book through Marriott. There were no toiletries in the room when we arrived. When we went out for the day and returned in the evening the bed had not been made.
