Nice hotel with easy access to the town centre. Friendly staff. Pull out sofa wasn't terribly high quality and expected a better mattress for the money spent. Nice appointments throughout and breakfast was good.

Cancelled our reservation when we arrived on a Monday only to find that the restaurant is closed Sunday & Monday. This information is not on their website and it should be very prominent when you make a booking, even if it is through a 3rd party like Expedia. They bury the info in small print towards the bottom of the booking confirmation, No help at all regarding an evening meal despite my wife being a brain injury survivor. A shocking company with no compassion and not at all helpful. They hide key information and then won't refund. I wouldn't trust them on iota.

The room was beautiful and clean. The property next door was not attractive. When you drive in the yard on the right hand side the area is a mess. The hotel itself is beautiful.

So this was advertised as "luxury hotel". Far from it. I paid over 500 a night for basically a box with a tiny window almost on the ceiling that overlooked the parking lot. Staff dressed in suits/formal attire, but that does not a luxury hotel make. Feel really ripped off, avoid this overpriced hotel. Location was good, so at least that is something.

This hotel was very nice. We had a pretty view of the gardens and Skye mountains in the background. The breakfast was way above average.

The outside of the inn isn’t much to look at but the inside is very well designed modern stylish. The rooms are all updated renovated bathrooms. Great views! Breakfast had a good selection choices to order. I got the avocado toast with eggs on it, yummy! Close to the town to walk for dinner.

Apparently the area restaurants are closed on Mondays or close very early. I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar. I feel it should have been disclosed that it would be closed when I booked.

The hotel was very pretty and the people working in the dining room were lovely and somebody who was new at reception I believe her name was Mina was very kind and compassionate, but we had the worst most disrespectful experience and it colored our stay by someone named Kerry. This person should never work with customers. Apparently she has her own bed-and-breakfast on the side, but I can’t imagine she was absolutely shaming And inappropriate involving other customers in a disagreement in front of my young child. It was honestly the most upsetting hotel experience I have ever had because of this woman who was rude, disrespectful, and quite frankly seemed like she did not like people.

Hot water boiler was broken, guests were not advised and showers were cold. TV and remote didn’t work. We got 2 of the worse rooms , one without a view (about the only one at hotel) and the other one was the fully accessible room with all the handlebars in the shower etc. Dinner was great but breakfast was a deception. Mediocre food and not enough staff to handle the breakfast crowd. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

5 star luxury boutique hotel that was either recently just built or fully renovated. Breakfast was amazing and included in the pricing. Trail mix and mineral water was provided free of charge each day. The only downside was the pricing which I felt was on the high side, but I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was cordial but not really welcoming.
