The apartment is located in the historic center of Portovenere, one of the most beautiful towns on the Ligurian Riviera, with many attractions, a charming little harbor with colorful facades, and a medieval castle. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony!



The space

The 80-square-meter apartment, with a private entrance, is located on the mezzanine level of a building WITHOUT an elevator (6 steps to access it).



The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine, oven, kitchen utensils, and dining table;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a closet, and a desk;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY furnished with two chairs and awnings (accessible ONLY from the living room).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent electric heating, split-system air conditioning (in the living room ONLY), washing machine (in the kitchen), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: There are two steps between the apartment entrance and the living room, and two steps from the kitchen to the living room.
