We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this truly unique property. From the moment we were greeted by our host at the parking garage (who later also assisted with our luggage), to the moment we said goodbye, the customer service and communication was excellent. Special care was taken with our family, and every effort was made to make our visit most memorable – which it was! Our host was knowledgeable about the area, friendly and most helpful. The location of the property was superb and in the center of town. It was close to everything including the Cinque Terre region which we also traveled to. A delicious daily breakfast was also provided in a nearby hotel and detailed instructions were provided in advance of our arrival, so we were familiar with the operations of the hot tub, water, electricity, and more. Our family had a one-of-a-kind and magical experience here and we highly recommend this place. Thank you!
