Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Note: Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

- Portopaglietto Beach: 4 minutes by car or 21 minutes on foot;

- Spanish Tower: 5 minutes by car;

- From Cagliari Elmas Airport, the best way to reach the accommodations are by taxi (about 59 minutes) or by renting a car.

- From the Cagliari train station, you can take the No. 803 PORTOSCUSO Piano di Zona bus and get off at the Portoscuso Piano Di Zona stop, which is just an 8-minute walk away.

- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included. However, you can park for free or for a fee (blue lines) on the street (NOT guaranteed).
