We offer our 3 apartments inside a historic building on the Darsena "Vecchia" of Portoferraio, located in front of the historic center, which has been reorganized to accommodate sailing boats, motor boats and yachts of all sizes. You can get there by following the "Calata Italia" seafront, overlooked by traditional restaurants, small bars where you can enjoy tasty aperitifs, tasty ice cream parlors and shops of all types.

Inside, a setting of ancient buildings and flowered balconies accompany a cheerful and lively atmosphere, full of history and tradition. The narrow alleys and stepped stairs allow you to reach the most important monuments, including the city's Cathedral, the "Villa dei Mulini", one of the Napoleonic residences, the Art Gallery and the Archaeological Museum of Linguella.

Like all the towns on Elba, in the Portoferraio area there are also splendid beaches renowned throughout Italy. The entire northern coast, from Portoferraio proceeding westwards to Capo Enfola, has unique characteristics: the beaches are small coves of white pebbles with transparent seabeds and turquoise sea water.
The most famous is certainly Sansone beach, chosen among the most beautiful beaches in Italy, but the beaches of Sottobomba, Prunini, Capo Bianco, Padulella and Le Ghiaie are equally popular. The last two are very close to the city center and also convenient for a last swim before departure.
Beyond Capo Enfola, the Gulf of Viticcio and the sandy beaches of Biodola, Forno and Scaglieri open up.

In the historic center of Portoferraio, you can stroll through the ancient cobblestone streets and admire the evocative monuments that narrate centuries of history. From the windows of the apartment, you can enjoy a timeless spectacle: the endless blue of the sea melting into the horizon, boats cutting through the waves, and the golden reflection of the setting sun.

Characteristic restaurants, artisan shops, and historic landmarks are all just steps away, making your stay in Portoferraio an unforgettable experience. The Le Ancore 3 apartment is the perfect choice to fully enjoy all that Portoferraio has to offer. Situated on the second floor of a charming historic building in Portoferraio, with a sea view on two levels, recently renovated, and meticulously furnished in every detail. The bright living room with a very luminous kitchenette features a double sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a spacious loft double bedroom. Bathroom with shower (P.N. wc inside shower). Air conditioning is provided. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor of the building and are shared among residents.

The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), with vehicle traffic closed from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Important Notes:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional fee of Euro 40.00.
Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
Linen: bed and bath linen are not provided. Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 40 for the doule bed , to be paid on-site, and must be requested at least 7 days before the arrival date.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
