The property is accessed either from San Rocco, at the back, a residential area where there are several free parking spaces, or from the stairway that cuts across the front of the road that from Ghiaie rejoins Padulella and Capo Bianco, less than 1 km away. The beach is famous for the incomparable beauty of its seabed, the turquoise colored water which with the south wind seems to take us to a Caribbean setting, its particular white pebbles smoothed by the sea. In the background the Scoglietto, today is a biological protection area, enriching the flora and fauna of our side: a paradise for those in search of fresh, clean water and for snorkelling lovers. Idyllic area to reach the center, which in the evening thanks to the Ztl, becomes a romantic marina served by all services.
The terrace gives access to all the apartments, each of which has an entrance equipped with a coffee table and umbrella, which must however allow the passage to the neighbours.

- a stone's throw from the Ghiaie beach
- has no parking space but for the 2023 season the Cosimo de Medici car park on the beach will be available free of charge; in addition to the dirt parking lot behind the Guardia di Finanza. Furthermore, from the rear access on Via San Rocco, it is possible to leave the car along the road or in the parking lot of the buildings if there is availability (60 meters away).

For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure with a self-service procedure check-in or possibly at our offices based in Portoferraio.
La Terrazza Sulle Ghiaie is a splendid private building consisting of 4 adjacent apartments all on the same floor, facing the sea, with a full view of the beach and its gulf.

Apartment A - 2/4 beds
This small one bed-room apartment is the first one you meet upon accessing the terrace, on the corner. It consists of a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with window, shower cubicle and bidet.
The small space at the front is equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella. From the living room and from the terrace you can enjoy a splendid sea view.
The space at the back is also shared with the other guests, where there are other tables with chairs, space for hanging out, games and outdoor equipment.

Important information:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted (family welcome)
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros to be paid by credit card, if payment is made in cash, the refund of the deposit cannot be made before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 16.00 to 19.00; for check-in after 20.30 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
