San Giovanni, 5 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early October, 10 m x 10 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool can only be used from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The pool is to be shared with the homeowner.
