Small but with attention to detail, modern but set in a context of extraordinary nature and rusticity. It consists of an entrance to the kitchen with peninsula, a small living room with sofa and small table for eating, double bedroom with cot in the room, second double bedroom and bathroom with shower and bidet. It is located on the first floor of a small rustic house and offers a large terrace equipped with table and chairs.

Important Notes:
- only small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted

- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- if the BBQ is used it should be left clean after each use making sure you have turned it off correctly
