Brand new apartments are located in the heart of the old “borgo” of Scaglieri, where you can still breathe the charm of the most authentic Elba and where you can admire breathtaking sunsets. The apartments overlook the sea and are just a few steps away from the suggestive sandy beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno. Scaglieri offers the best services for a relaxing holiday by the sea: beach service, bars, restaurants and a market equipped for small needs.
Lia Terrazza, an elegant two-room apartment on the ground floor of the house (about 40smq) tastefully to ensure maximum comfort. It has a double bedroom, a bright living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette. The living room leads to an equipped terrace overlooking the sea, from where you can admire a fantastic sunset over the Biodola gulf. Bathroom with shower. Disliked: Cleanliness
Die Ferienwohnung punktet mitvder tollen Terrasse.Aber wenn man gensuer hinsieht mangelt es an Sauberkeit und Ordnung.Im Flur hinter einem Vorhang befindet sich Gerümpel und ein grosser blauer Müllsack.In den Schränken in Küche befinden sich leere reingestopfte Kartons und Kartons die dort einfach mal entsorgt wurden.Kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster, wenig Kochgeschirr, man musste sich behelfen.In der Truhe auf der Terasse nur Gerümpel.Schade, das hat unser Wohlsein wirklich beeinträchtigt.Dafür hat das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst.
