The waterfront apartments are located in Portoferraio, the capital of the Island of Elba, close to some of the most beautiful beaches, such as Le Ghiaie, La Padulella, or Capo Bianco. There are 3 different apartments, two on the first floor, both with a terrace, one with a sea view and one on the internal side of the courtyard; a third without a terrace on the second floor.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of their arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and"codice fiscale", while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data.

Information for key collection:
Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.
Portoferraio is the center of the island, surrounded by colorful houses that are reflected in the cobalt blue of the sea, where it is impossible not to grasp the poetry of its alleys and its picturesque center, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views that are lost towards infinity .

One bedroom apartament 2/4 beds City Side
Bright apartment on the first floor of a modern building, just renovated, located on the seafront, convenient to all services.
Composed of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen with induction hob, bathroom with shower cubicle, and terrace. Big bedroom with matrimonial bed. The apartment is on the city side of the building, overlooking a rather quiet public area.

- large LCD TV; refrigerator with freezer; oven; kettle; air conditioners for a fee; washing machine

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (on request also under the age, with payment of double security deposit)
- family welcome
- in the period when air conditioning is not an essential service, such as from 20/04 to 05/06 and after 10/09 until mid-November, the service will be charged at € 7 per day on the spot (on request)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
