Séjour très agréable et au calme. Le logement était extrêmement propre à notre arrivée, on sent que les propriétaires y mettent un point d’honneur. Très proche des plus belles plages de la côte et à contre sens des bouchons, nous nous sommes régalés grâce ces cadres paradisiaques. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

un havre de paix , dans le confort d'une très belle villa

Notre hôte nous a accueilli chaleureusement et s'est montré très discret tout au long du séjour, tout en ayant la villa voisine. La villa est superbe, propre à 200%, spacieuse, tout est neuf, hyper lumineuse, avec une belle terrasse devant la location Celle-ci se trouve à proximité de Porto-Vecchio et des commerces (Spar-Géant...) A 20mns de Bonifacio. Et surtout elle se trouve à proximité des plages de Palombaggia,SantaGiulia,La Rondinara et Tamaricuu (que nous avons préféré car moins fréquentée et sublime) Un bémol : les moustiques présents du matin jusqu'au soir. Mais en tout cas nous avons passé un excellent séjour très réparateur.

Permanenza perfetta

Ho passato qui la prima settimana di luglio con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa, una villetta indipendente di recente costruzione arredata in modo semplice ed elegante, sorge in una zona un po' selvaggia a sud di Porto-Vecchio. La proprietà, isolata e ben tenuta, è condivisa con i proprietari, simpatici, gentili e molto disponibili, che abitano accanto in una villa più grande. Le spiagge più belle della zona si trovano a quindici minuti di macchina, mentre Porto-vecchio dista dieci minuti. A un paio di chilometri c'è un supermercato molto fornito e in meno di mezz'ora si raggiunge la bellissima Bonifacio. Consigliata!

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Ein toller, ruhiger aber trotzdem zentraler Standort. Man erreicht mit dem auto, wunderschöne strände, sowie die Stadt porto vecchio innerhalb von 10 min. Freundliche Gastgeber. Unser hund war auch willkommen.

Très bonne expérience

Maison tout confort, au calme et très bien située (accès aux plages et commerces rapides, proche de tout et à la fois juste en dehors des embouteillages). Tout est conforme à la description de l'annonce, logement quasi neuf. Le propriétaire est accueillant, réactif et juste à côté ce qui facilite les choses. Hébergement de très bonne qualité à conseiller.

Les photos de l'annonce nous ont plus mais la maison est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Maison récente avec de très très bonnes prestations (carrelage partout, douche italienne, cuisine entièrement équipée, clim dans toutes les pièces...). Emplacement calme et central pour visiter la Corse du Sud. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et très sympas. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wir waren für 1Wo in Porto Vecchio und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der sehr saubere Bungalow ist absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Erwähnenswert ist auch die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Vllt ein scharfes Brotmesser, ist aber vernachlässigbar Die Strände & die schöne kleine Altstadt von Porto Vecchio sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt ausreichend Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Die naheliegenden Berge laden förmlich dazu ein mit dem Bike erobert zu werden. Alles in allem sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr empfehlenswert!

Belle maison récente, bien équipée. Emplacement à Murtone bien situé : proximité du centre de Porto Vecchio (5 mn en voiture), des plages de Santa Giulia et Palombaggia (10 mn). Espace bien adapté pour les animaux. Environnement calme. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Juste la qualité de la connexion WiFi à améliorer.

Idéal pour profiter des plages

Très belle villa récente, bien conçue et bien aménagée. Elle est idéalement placée sur une route directe pour la magnifique plage de Palombaggia (13min en voiture, sans aucun bouchon !). La maison est édifiée sur un grand terrain où se trouve également une autre villa à louer, mais nous n’avons jamais été dérangés ni même gênés. Notre hôte était toujours disponible en cas de souci (bouteille de gaz vide, par exemple : elle a été changée dans les heures qui ont suivi) et d’une grande gentillesse. Assurément un très bel endroit pour découvrir les plus belles plages de la Corse du sud en toute tranquillité ! Juste une suggestion d’amélioration : peut-être prévoir plus d’ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles, bols, ciseaux...) et des produits ménagers pour entretenir la maison sur un séjour supérieur à la semaine. Sinon, parfait !
