We had to drive to a different location to check in. The room was not ready on time, so we had to leave and come back to get the keys. A weird part of the check in process was to go through 4 pages of itemized items to verify - and what made it even more bizarre, was that it was in French. They expected us to translate the 4 itemized pages and go through each item, and email it back to them. The WiFi information on the brochure was incorrect which resulted in another round trip to the management office. The location was ok...we would have rather stayed at the other beach location - Palombaggia.

We loved the property, spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We even had a little garden. The grounds and the pool are nice. The pool is a little walk from some properties though- through the car park and there are no toilets. The beach is very easily accessible. The apartment was clean and modern with everything you could possibly want, but nothing you actually need! Unfortunately no washing up liquid / dishwasher tabs / dishcloth / bin bags or even soap to wash your hands after the toilet!! There is only a tiny shop in the resort and it closes fairly early. The check-in is a bit of a nightmare. You have to go to another hotel to collect keys / pay cleaning fee and city taxes. The ladies there were very nice explaining it all to us in English. But we were also presented with a 4 page inventory for the property which we expected to complete and email back on arrival. We also were asked to checkout an hour earlier than listed due to having a representative visit and check our inventory. Bit stressful for a 4 night stay!
