On the 4th and last floor of a residence with elevator located at the corner of the port, this apartment offers you an exceptional view of the port and the Gulf of Porto Vecchio

It is a penthouse of 100 m2 plus 45 m2 of terrace.
It occupies the entire floor and offers a view of the sea, the mountain and the upper town and its citadel.

Refurbished in 2025, it is fully air-conditioned and has all the amenities to accommodate 6 people:
- 3 spacious bedrooms including:
• a master bedroom with double bed, TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, view of the port and gulf
• a bedroom with double bed, TV, loggia, mountain and side view of the gulf
• a bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of joining them), balcony, mountain view
- a 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate toilet
- New fully equipped open kitchen, opening onto a living room with sea view
- Large covered terrace with summer lounge and Weber gas barbecue, port and sea view
- The main terrace is extended by a 2nd fully glazed terrace like a veranda, with the possibility of total opening. It is equipped with a high table to enjoy the exceptional view of the port and the gulf in all seasons.

The apartment is fully equipped with individual electric shutters and centralized control.

Access to the residence is secured by badge and intercom. The front door of the apartment is armored.

Free access by badge to the parking lot at the back of the residence.

End of stay cleaning is included in the price. An extra charge may be requested in case of abuse.

L'appartement est beau mais assez bruyant le soir sachant qu'il est situé au dessus des bars du port. Il est très grand, lumineux et la cuisine est top pour tout cuisiner ! Par contre la mention "draps et serviettes fournis" est faux car il est demandé de les payer (20 pour une chambre) à l'arrivée et l'échange à ce sujet a été houleux avec l'hôte quand j'ai dit que j'emmènerai les miens.
