Come and relax and enjoy a nice house (64m2) located in a secure luxury residence near the bay of Santa Guilia.
At the heart of the most beautiful sites in southern Corsica (1.2 km from Santa Giulia beach, 5 km from Palombaggia, 30 minutes from the mountains), you can also enjoy on-site two swimming pools (including a heated indoor) and a fitness room.

The house is composed of:
• A beautiful terrace of 32m2 partially covered with stunning views (South-West exposure). It is equipped with garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.
• A beautiful living space with fully equipped kitchen (ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers ...) open to the living room with a sofa bed (160 Sleeping)
• Two bedrooms (160 & 180 beds) with ample storage space.
• A bathroom with large walk-in shower. Separate WC.
• Wifi, air conditioning, TV, board games, linen and towels provided, final cleaning included.
Possibility of loan of baby equipment.
Grocery and restaurants are 3 minutes from the residence, supermarket 5 minutes by car, the city center of Porto-Vecchio 7 km, Bonifacio 20 minutes and Figari (Airport) 25 minutes.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location,qui est conforme a l annonce. Il ne manquait rien,contrairement a certaines locations ou la vaisselle est très restreinte. La terrasse est vraiment idéale ,grande ,une partie couverte pour le déjeuner.La vue est vraiment très belle.Autre avantage la piscine est a côté, ce qui est un plus par rapport à.d autres locations.En bref très bon sejour.

Der Schatten auf der Terrasse könnte noch etwas besser sein. Morgenessen konnte man, Mittag und Abendessen war es zu heiss. War eine super Wohnung, welche wir direkt wieder buchen würden.

Appartement moderne joliment décoré et très propre. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour ses vacances avec une cuisine très bien équipée et pas mal d'accessoires (jeux de société, accessoires plage, machine à laver, Barbecue, Climatisation,...)Pas très loin de la plage de Santa-Giulia (en voiture quand même par ces chaleurs, la remontée avec des enfants ce n'était pas envisageable).La piscine de la résidence est grande et parfaite pour des familles (avec 3 profondeurs).Dans la résidence il y a également une belle piscine intérieure pour les jours moins beau, une pizzeria et 2 bornes de recharges pour voiture electriques.Nous avons passé une belle semaine, nous pouvons que recommandé cet appartement!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz in einer netten Anlage. Bad und WC getrennt, was wirklich gut ist. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, einzig ne Rolle Klopapier wäre schön gewesen ;-). Vermieter und Verwalter sind super bemüht, haben alles möglich gemacht und stets schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Zur Begrüßung waren zwei Flaschen Wasser, eine Flasche Orangensaft, eine Flasche Wein und korsische Kekse da - vielen Dank, das war ein schönes Willkommen. Die Matratzen sind super, es gibt reichlich Kissenauswahl. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Und auch wenn die Wohnung ganz oben ist und damit dicht an der Straße liegt, ist es dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien équipé, propre et agréable à vivre. Superbe vue de la terrasse sur les collines et la piscine. Seul petit bémol, la proximité de la petite route d'accès à Santa Giulia qui s'entend depuis la terrasse. Mais à cette période de l'année (fin avril-debut mai) ce n'était pas une nuisance. A voir en haute saison.

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L appartement est très propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût et avec une belle vue de la terrasse. Très bien situé près de magnifiques plages, de Bonifacio et d autres points d intérêt. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

L’emplacement est excellent, le lotissement est super. Nous avons apprécié la piscine intérieure chauffée pour les jours de vent, et la piscine extérieure en cas de beau temps (avec vue superbe). Logement très bien équipé, grande terrasse, et barbecue de qualité!

Ce fut un séjour merveilleux dans un logement magnifique et une île à couper le souffle.

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir été dans ce beau logement. Un logement où on se sent vite comme chez soi, extrêmement bien situé avec une vue apaisante sur les montagnes. Il ne manque rien. Lorsque vous y poserez vos bagages vous n’aurez plus envie de repartir.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement et avons eu la chance de croiser le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de conseils pour les visites et resto à faire dans les environs. L’appartement est très bien équipé et dispose d’une vue magnifique. Étant venus en hors saison, nous étions quasiment seuls dans la résidence et c’était très appréciable. Nous avons pu profiter des deux piscines et de la salle de sport sans aucune difficulté.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Schon vor Anreise fühlen wir uns gut aufgehoben. Es gab rechtzeitig Informationen zur Anreise und der näheren Umgebung. Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung war tipptopp! Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Da ruhig und doch zentral gelegen war die Wohnung guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Die Übergabe am Ende unseres Aufenthalts war noch einmal mega nett 😊 - vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️
