Ecological and bioclimatic villa with swimming pool in the heart of Porto-Vecchio on a plot of 2500 m2. Main house of 180 m2 (4 bedrooms) and guest house of 30 m2 (1 bedroom). Unobstructed view and not overlooked. 5 minutes walk from the center and 8 minutes from the port. Access to the house is on foot (40 steps through the garden) or by car (4X4 only on dirt track). I will get your luggage up and down, as well as your shopping if you are loaded... Very quiet environment.
The accommodation
This house is perfect for spending a quiet holiday with family or friends while being only a 5 minute walk from the town centre and its restaurants and less than a 15 minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Cala Rossa and St Cyprien). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, a large kitchen opening onto the living room and terrace. The guest pavilion has a kitchen/living area, a bedroom and a shower room. 4 x 8 swimming pool secured by alarm.
