Fabulous hill side villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very attractive well-appointed villa, situated 15 mins from town. It looks exactly like the photos, two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, charming outside deck/pool. Handy take away pizza restaurant in the neighbouring village. Our hosts were hospitable and helpful (and left us some delicious homemade apricot jam). Would highly recommend you!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Adresse ist sehr ungenau in der Anzeige. Das Haus liegt an der Ortsdurchgangsstraße von Mela, 200 m westlich vom Restaurant des Chasseurs. Ansonsten eine gute Ausstattung. Wir wĂŒrden wiederkommen. Das ist eigentlich die wichtigste Antwort auf die Frage, wie es uns gefallen hat.

Semaine plus qu'agrĂ©able. La maison correspond en tout point Ă  la description, mĂȘme en mieux. Habitat trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs fonctionnel. Entretenu. Les Ă©quipements ( vaisselle, lave-linge, sĂšche-cheveux, cafetiĂšre capsules et pot, bouilloire, plancha...sont abondants. A notre arrivĂ©e, l'accueil a Ă©tĂ© irrĂ©prochable: explications, disponibilitĂ©s, grande propretĂ© de la maison et du jardin. Piscine chauffĂ©e ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner tous les jours matins et soir. Terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©able au sud avec store permettant petit dĂ©jeuner et repas au soleil d'octobre. TrĂšs bien placĂ©e, au calme mais proche de tout. Parking derriĂšre la maison, tout est sĂ©curisĂ©. Le linge est fourni et le mĂ©nage compris dans le prix de base (pas de supplĂ©ment). Tout est fait pour une arrivĂ©e clĂ© en main. Merci Ă  LĂ©ora pour son accueil. Contacts tĂ©lĂ©phoniques avec le propriĂ©taire RĂ©my cordiaux et attentionnĂ©s. En dessous des attentes

Les prestations ne sont pas a la hauteur du prix. Nous avons été séduit par l'annonce et les anciens commentaires. Mais il y a eu un changement de propriétaire depuis. A notre arrivée la piscine n'était pas chauffée (élément ayant motivé notre réservation sur la mi-septembre et clairement indiqué sur l'annonce) Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à obtenir la mise en chauffe de la piscine, qui a ensuite mis 3 jours à chauffer. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter la premiÚre semaine. La literie à l'étage est horrible , le sommier vétuste, nous avons fini le séjour en mettant le matelas directement au sol. Beaucoup de remontée nauséabondes dans la salle de bain de l'étage, et la terrasse de la piscine est dangereuse, nous avons du faire intervenir en urgence un médecin suite a de nombreuses échardes plantées profondément dans le pied. En résumé nous attendons une autre qualité lorsque l'on réserve pour ces prestations. Néanmoins l'accueil de Léora était appréciable, et la localisation idéal.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem großem Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat sich Eric immer sofort gemeldet. Sehr gute Betreuung auch von Leora! Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 8 km von Porto Vecchio entfernt im Hinterland, aber die TraumstrĂ€nde sind relativ schnell zu erreichen.

Description et photos de l’annonce totalement conforme Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. La maison est au top, la piscine et la terrasse sont trĂšs bien, c’est calme et reposant, malgrĂ© la proximitĂ© de la route, mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de passage, donc pas dĂ©rangeant. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Éric qui Ă©tait absent Ă  ce moment lĂ , mais nous avons beaucoup communiquĂ© avec lui avant notre voyage et lors du sĂ©jour, et nous le remercions pour toutes ses explications et ses recommandations. Tout Ă©tait parfait, de l’accueil et pendant tout le sĂ©jour. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able, maison conforme Ă  la description, piscine chauffĂ©e parfait pour se dĂ©tendre. Un accueil et un dĂ©part parfait avec de petites attentions. La voiture est indispensable pour se dĂ©placer ou mĂȘme aller Ă  la plage de Santa Giulia que nous vous recommandons. Aux prochains locataires, nous avons eu la visite de petits chats tout maigres, qui ne rentrent jamais dans la maison, ils nous attendaient Ă  chacune de nos arrivĂ©es, un vrai coup de cƓur pour ces p’tits loulous, prĂ©voyez un petit sac de croquettes durant votre sĂ©jour merci pour EUX . Ne les chassez pas, ils cherchent juste un peu de compagnie.

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines gĂ©niales... le temps est passĂ© trop vite! La maison est fonctionnelle, propre et tres bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La piscine a Ă©tĂ© largement amortie et tellement agrĂ©able. Éric et reactif et LĂ©ora qui s'occupe de l accueille et adorable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un petit jack russel adorable d une maison voisine a fait le bonheur de nos filles ;)
