Più parco Meno casa

L'appartamento dove ho soggiornato era stato ristrutturato senza troppa cura. Gli spazi sono buoni ma dotazioni (ad esempio cucina) e pulizia all'arrivo un po' deludenti. Per fortuna il parco e la piscina compensano il costo, altrimenti troppo elevato per la condizione dell'appartamento.

Positiv: Schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Poolbereich mit Bademeister war sauber und gepflegt. Privatparkplatz innerhalb der Anlage. Negativ: Die Vorgefundene Wohnung konnte man nicht gerade als Besenrein geschweige denn Sauber bezeichnen. Der Boden war total verschmutzt, das Geschirr klebrig und in die Dusche/Badewanne war viel Staub und Dreck vom Boden vorzufinden. Vorsicht bei der Beschreibung der Wohnung. Diese war nicht wie angegeben mit 2 Betten und einem separaten Schlafzimmer. 1 ZWG!

Ruhige und schöne Ferienanlage

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten alles was benötigt wurde. Die Vermittlerin hat uns zu Beginn alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Die Anlage in Summe ist schön und groß. Ein toller Pool und viel Grünfläche. Alles sehr gepflegt

Keine 2 Zimmer Wohnung!!!

Keine 2 Zimmerwohnung wie beschrieben. Es handelt sich hier um 1 Zimmer das durch einen Kleiderschrank getrennt wurde. Für Reisen mit Baby / Kindern keine Option. Die Beschreibung ist fehlerhaft. Küche nur mäßig ausgestattet. Kein WLan. Lage sehr gut. Leider direkt neben der Anlage Güterbahnhof. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich. Sauberkeit könnte man auch verbessern. Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank ging nicht zu vor lauter Eis.

Mangelnde Info über die Anlage, Lageplan usw.. Einfache Ausstattung mit Mängeln. Sollten wir nochmals dorthin gehen, bringe ich meinen Werkzeugkasten mit.

Es ging

Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig, geschützt und malerisch, die Wohnung selbst ist mit nötigsten Sachen ausgestattet, aber auch nicht mehr: Es gibt z.B. kein WLAN und keinen Wasserkocher. Das Appartement besteht nicht aus zwei, sondern aus einem Zimmer, das durch einen großen Kleiderschrank getrennt ist. Die Matratzenhülle der Schlafsofa könnte vielleicht nächstes Mal gewaschen werden. Der Ort an sich ist klein und sehr malerisch, es gibt eine Möglichkeit mit d. Schiff/Bus auch andere Orte zu erreichen.

Wir haben wunderschöne 5 Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und geräumig. Die Ausstattung mehr als Durchschnitt. Der Parkplatz ist direkt in der Anlage,welche komplett von einer Mauer umgeben ist. Bei Ankunft kommt extra ein Mitarbeiter von Interhome mit und zeigt wo alles ist (Anlage ist sehr gross und weitläufig).

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Wäscheständer, Spülmaschine etc. Das Schlafzimmer hat keine Tür steht also im gleichen Raum wie das Wohn/Esszimmer und ist durch einen Schrank getrennt. Für uns war das allerdings völlig ausreichend mit zwei Kleinkinder. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock ohne FAHRSTUHL. Zentral gelegen alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Ort selber gibt es zwei Restaurants eine Gelateria und eine Pasicceria, das wars. Zug ist gut zu hören

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden, Ausstattung etwas spartanisch, vor allem hätten wir uns als Grundausstattung eine Rolle Toilettenpapier gewünscht, bzw. den Hinweis, dass es selbst mitzubringen ist.Bettwäsche hatten wir die falsche dabei, wir hätten nur ein riesiges Leintuch gebraucht, um die Tagesdecke einzuschlagen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß.Leider fährt direkt hinter der Ferienanlage der Zug vorbei, ein Hinweis darauf fehlt.

Wer Züge mag, der sollte buchen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe an der Bahnlinie, es fahren laufend Züge, dies wurde in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt. Im Bad, Bett und Schlafsofa waren Haare. Der Swimmingpool war toll.
