O Village Mutá tem uma ótima estrutura mas peca na cordialidade dos colaboradores, principalmente no ambiente de café-da-manhã, que é servido na Cabana Hibiscos, em frente ao Hotel. Falta cordialidade e simpatia. O café é servido em um ambiente muito bonito, em frente ao mar, mas é muito aquém do esperado. Os ovos mexidos, por exemplo, não dão vontade de comer, sem gosto e textura pobre, assim como os bolos. Ficamos 4 diárias e em apenas um dos dias teve a opção de pedir tapioca ou omelete da cozinha, e na ocasião a responsável pela equipe, fez questão de enfatizar que era apenas uma unidade por pessoa. O aspecto negativo é que ela fez essa observação sem que pedissemos mais de uma unidade. A informação não é grave, mas a forma como ela é passada sim!

O apto atende bem, os colchões eram bem novos e confortáveis. O ar condicionado dos quartos novos e silenciosos. Os móveis estão bem velhos, principalmente cadeiras e sofá. As janelas de madeira precisam manutenção pois era impossível fecha-las direito. O café da manhã na barraca de praia parceira era ótimo, com bastante diversidade e ambiente agradável. Os Jardins são muito bem cuidados, mas a piscina um pouco suja. Eles oferecem um.cafe da tarde na área da piscina todos os dias a tarde, super simples mas bom, mas como tem poucos funcionários em alguns momentos não tinha mais xícaras limpas, os alimentos ficavam lá na mesa por horas sem ser retirados. No geral indico pela praia ótima (mas se atente a tábua das mares para poder aproveitar).

Custo x benefício razoável. Boa localização. Funcionários educados, mas precisam receber incentivos. A política de gestão de pessoal precisa ser revisitada, sobretudo mediante a concessão de bônus como folgas etc. Um ponto urgente é a instalação de gerador e Luz de emergência. Foi um grande transtorno passar 2 dias sem energia na parte da noite e madrugada. O funcionamento do portão da garagem precisa de atenção. O cardápio do café da manhã tem poucas opções saudáveis.

Quero expressar minha insatisfação total com o hotel. Quando da reserva, não foi informado que tratava-se de casas. O hotel não possui condições e não oferece solução aos hóspedes quando chove. A começar do restaurante que fica do outro lado da avenida beira-mar, sem acesso e condições para necessidades especiais. Pessoal não está preparado para grande concentração de pessoas, principalmente quando chove. Em relação ao quarto, que decepção! O tapete oferecido era pano de chão! As toalhas de péssima qualidade, já desgastas pelo uso. Quarto sem televisão e pouquíssimo conforto. Cama de péssima qualidade, assim como o virol de cobrir. O hotel no geral é muito limpo. Funcionários atenciosos, mas não solucionaram meu problema em particular, que fui obrigado a fazer checkout antecipado e buscar outro hotel por todas razões acima. Pedi a devolução de pelo menos uma diária e não fui atendido. Não recomendo o hotel!

Linda pousada rodeada de jardins muito bem cuidados, localizada numa praia calma e com um mar incrível. Café da manhã a beira mar com muitas opções, inclusive com tapioca e omelette para quem tem restrições alimentares. Todos os funcionários são acolhedores, educados e prestativos. Na nossa chegada fomos colocados numa casa térrea. Como temos alergia a mofo solicitamos a troca para uma casa no andar superior. Fomos atendidos e no dia seguinte trocamos por uma casa ensolarada com uma linda sacada rodeada de árvores, limpa e aconchegante. Tudo perfeito! Só tem que cuidar de levar repelente para os mosquitos e fechar as janelas no final da tarde.

Foi uma boa estadia. Tivemos problemas com chuveiro com baixíssima vazão, mas que foi solucionado apos fazermos a reclamação, e infiltração grave no forro do banheiro, chegando a gotejar dentro do nosso. Mas, de resto, foi satisfatório e atendeu as nossas expectativas.

Alguns pontos impactam na experiência

Trata-se de uma hospedagem com muita educação e gentileza, em um chalé muito grande, praticamente uma casa, totalmente funcional e espaçoso. O lugar é muito bonito, o jardim é extremamente bem cuidado. Fica de frente para a praia do Mutá, que é calma, e possui barracas boas. Agora, dependendo do chalé, não terá Wi-Fi, e em todos é preciso um cuidado especial com os mosquitos, fechando janelas e portas e usando repelente.
