Café da manhã simples e a la carte. Demora pra servi-lo. Quarto muito pequeno que mal cabiam duas pessoas e muito escuro. A central de ar estava sem manutenção e ficou pingando dentro do quarto durante toda a estadia. O hotel é muito bom mas não compatível com o preço cobrado. Já fiquei em outro hotéis em Caraiva do mesmo valor e tive uma experiência muito melhor. No final ainda cobraram as cápsulas de café da máquina que fica no quarto. Nunca vi isso em nenhum hotel que tenha ficada hospedada. Considero que não fale o custo benefício.

Equipe muito atenciosa, café da manhã excelente, localização excelente, pousada pequena porém que tem tudo. Comodidades L'Occitane em quartos com decoração muito bonita. Precisei fazer uma videoconferência a trabalho em um dia e eles conseguiram uma cadeira e uma luminária para viabilizar, além da conexão de internet ser boa e ter suportado bem.

A pousada é perfeita, pensam em todos os detalhes. Desde a louça no café da manhã até o quarto, a roupa de cama. Tudo da melhor qualidade. Atendimento impecável. Nossa estadia foi incrível!! A pousada superou todas as nossas expectativas. Tudo novo, muito limpo, quarto extremamente confortável, chuveiro ótimo! Melhor impossível! A Pousada é muito confortável, com um atendimento impecável e perfeita localização. Na praia e apenas 10 minutos caminhando da área dos restaurantes e bares (na beira do rio). Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar lá na próxima vez em Caraíva!
