Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations.

The hotel estruture was ok. Large hotel very close to the beach. We visit during COVID in April for my birthday. The room we booked was inferior as the one we payed and they didn’t change or refund or money either. Very simple room, bed sheets with old blood stains. My husband planned a surprise cake for me and asked the manager to keep as a secret bringing the cake at a certain time tô be a surprise and 4 of their employees asked me a couple times if the cake was for me destroying the experience. The restaurant food was good but the appetizers were over fried and nasty. The noise was extremely loud during the day. They also allowed some guests to play their own music out loud at night on the pool area and small kids were all over without masks touching the food. The cleaning staff started earlier cleaning the rooms and waking up all guests with their carts yelling to each other on the hallway. We informed the manager about all the inconvenient and they gave us as an apology a sweet treat and still tried to change us for the birthday cake for my birthday that we didi’t eat. Disappointing.

Ótima localização, perto do aeroporto e com praia excelente em frente, uma das melhores infraestruturas de Porto Seguro. Boas piscinas, opções de recreação para crianças com recreadores, quarto amplo e limpeza boa. Como pontos negativos, o all-inclusive é bem no esquema custo-benefício: bebidas à base de refrigerante de litro, sucos industrializados e coquetéis fracos (pedi apenas 2 na estadia inteira). A comida é muito baseada em frituras, o que agrada no começo, mas enjoa por volta do 3º ou 4º dia, a ponto de eu não aguentar mais o cheiro. Falta manutenção: algumas áreas parecem largadas e há cheiro forte de mofo em alguns lugares, e a brinquedoteca já teve dias melhores. O ponto mais crítico é o wifi, que hoje é essencial e não uma cortesia: nosso quarto simplesmente não tinha sinal, e em todo o hotel a conexão oscilava muito e era fraca. O sinal de 5G também é muito ruim. Tentamos falar com o hotel, mas nada foi resolvido. A televisão do quarto acaba sendo inútil, já que não é smart (e nem funcionaria sem wifi) e acessava apenas 1 canal.

O resort de fato é bonito, a parte da praia principalmente. Mas vários aspectos deixaram a desejar e tornaram a experiência decepcionante, principalmente quando se leva em consideração o valor pago. Pontos positivos: local bonito, bastante área verde, limpo e bem localizado. Pontos negativos: quarto antigo, com cheiro de mofo, necessitando de reforma, ar condicionado vazando água. Maioria dos funcionários não te atendem bem, sempre de cara fechada e respostas secas. Pouquíssima variedade de comida, sempre as mesmas opções, esperávamos pratos diferentes. Toda estrutura do resort se encerram as 22:00hrs, até às luzes da piscina são apagadas. Dizem q aceitam pets mas existe uma série de regulamentos, era melhor que não aceitassem. Enfim, não voltaríamos e nem indicariamos para conhecidos.

Dicas que eu gostaria de ter lido antes de ir: (Fiquei 5 dias em maio) Bebidas * Ninguém vai te servir. Tudo você precisa ir pegar; * Só tem copo de plástico, então leve seu copo térmico; * Heineken apenas na praia. O resto se resume a garrafa de 600ml de Brahma e Petra e chopp Itaipava; * Drinks ruins; * Refrigerante zero somente coca; Comidas * Praia: PÉSSIMO. Basicamente são apenas 4 opções o dia inteiro sendo batata frita, mandioca e alguma carne frita. Camarão vi em apenas 1 dia encharcado de gordura. Na sexta serve feijoada; * Eu estava em um all inclusive e tive que ir em outros bares e restaurantes pra comer bem; * Restaurante: Café ok, almoço ok, jantar ok. Temáticas são ruins; * Bares piscinas: serve 4 tipos de comida apenas. Hambúrguer as 17h se resume a pão, carne, queijo, presunto e salada. Sorvete é ruim e só tem 2 sabores. Pizza as 19h é boa; * Não tem bar molhado. Estrutura: * piscinas boas e aquecidas; * som alto e microfone quase o tempo todo; * quartos ok; * WIFI: horrível. O hotel parece que já teve seus dias de glória, mas hoje notavelmente falta manutenção. Falta gestão, pois nos diversos bares não tinham suco ou uma bebida específica e tinha que ir no outro bar. Check in foi horrível, pois o hotel colocou dois quartos de valores diferentes com o mesmo nome e quando cheguei quiseram me colocar no inferior que cheirava a mofo, depois foram me realocar e no quarto sugerido tinham pessoas dentro e só na 3ª tentativa que consegui entrar. Por fim, a comida não era gostosa, parecia comida congelada feita no microondas. Não recomendo e não acho que vale o valor cobrado.

Excelente Resort. A equipe super atenciosa e com buffet completo. Petiscos na praia e na piscina, bebida liberada de 10h a Meia Noite, alem das refeições no restaurante. Pizza E Hamburguer liberados na piscina na parte da tarde. O unico ponto de atenção é a internet que não funciona em todos os pontos do hotel. Super destaque para a Parque Aventura com tirolesa, rapel, escalada e arvorismo.
