Problemas de manutenção em apartamento

Toda a equipe de atendimento do hotel é educada, atenciosa e prestativa. Tivemos problema no apartamento 217. Além de ser apartamento com sacada sem boa visão, ao chegar sentimos mau cheiro. A água do chuveiro demorou muito a esquentar bem pouco (pensamos que estava queimado). Antes de dormir, sentimos forte mal cheiro e verificamos vazamento pela pia do banheiro. Estourou o sifão. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas informaram que o hotel estava cheio e não tinha essa possibilidade. Prontamente, disponibilizaram toalhas para o banheiro, mas não foi resolvido o problema do mau cheiro. No dia seguinte, foi trocado o sifão.

Boa qualidade e atendimento

O local é muito bom, recepção e atendimento excelente. achei a luz do quarto muito fraca, acho que devia ter mais tomadas prox. da cama, para carregar aparelhos de celular e câmera, e deveria ter uma proteção para chuva para o cliente sair da recepção para os quartos. O preço do cardápio é bem acessível. A piscina poderia ser aquecida.

sempre fui muito fã deste hotel, fui quatro vezes antes da pandemia, e sempre foi memorável o café da manhã, e ficou um bom tempo parado e fui em outros, inclusive dessa vez de 10 dias dividir em 2 de 5 para voltar experimentar o café, e pra mim foi uma decepção, nada a comparar o os anteriores. E não gostei da resposta na recepção de quando questionei a possibilidade de fornecer mais um cartão, e estavamos em 3 e foi e acho muito dificil administrar apenas um.
