A pousada é linda muito bem cuidada fomos muito bem atendidos me senti em casa. Os donos são maravilhosos muito atenciosos e queridos. Amamos nosso quarto, colchão muito bom para dormir o ar bem forte. Localização maravilhosa a gente foi a pé todos os dias para a passarela do álcool bairro tranquilo. Recomendo o San Diego são dois restaurantes tem o do lanche e o da pizza.

Ficamos somente um dia mas foi o suficiente para perceber que o hotel precisa melhorar. A estrutura do quarto era ok. Tinham espaços abertos no teto/janela que davam pra ver o forro do telhado, cheiro muito forte de naftalina, o frigobar estava desligado e só tinha uma tomada em altura razoavel para utilizar. Além da estrutura nos pediram para não usarmos uma das camas do quarto, o que não faz sentido, visto que alugamos um quarto, não uma cama.

Podia ser bom, mas...

Atendimento sempre cordial e atencioso. No entanto tem vários pontos de melhoria. Café da manhã é honesto. A cama do quarto não era de boa qualidade, colchão excessivamente mole. Tive também um incidente, havia água sanitária em uma garrafinha de água próximo a área do frigobar, o qual coloquei na minha boca por engano e nao ingeri por sorte. A equipe do hotel se desculpou pela falha e apenas isso. Pelo valor pago (temporada de réveillon) o serviço fica muito a desejar.

Description of hotel is very misleading.

I'm not really sure why this place has such a good rating, the description is very misleading. There's no restaurant or room service, or at least there wasn't when I stayed. I was told there was no minibar, apparently there is a very limited one and I was told to use Whatsapp to contact the hosts but my messages weren't read for over 24hours. The 'self-serve laundry' is the staff laundry that is used by the cleaners and there was nowhere to dry clothes. I was utterly exhausted when I arrived and just wanted to eat in my room, do my laundry on-site and relax. Unfortunately, despite the description, none of this was possible. Also, the bathroom had septic problems and made the whole room stink and there was no hot water in the shower. The hosts were very helpful and drove me without charge to restaurants and a laundry, but it didn't make up for all the bad things, unfortunately.

Gostamos muito de nos hospedar no Porto Bahia. Ficamos 4 dias, fomos muito bem atendidos. A equipe é gentil e prestativa, o hotel é um charme, bem aconchegante. A localização é boa pra quem tem interesse em pegar a balsa pra arraial da ajuda, visitar o centro histórico e passar a noite na passarela da cultura. Quase tudo isso da pra fazer a pé ou pagando barato em deslocamento. O café da manhã é saboroso e com variedade, mas no horário que eu tomava algumas coisas já estavam frias 😕 O quarto é confortável e limpo, o ar condicionado e a tv são excelentes, mas as cortinas poderiam ser um pouco maiores pq não tapam tudo. Não que atrapalhe radicalmente a privacidade, mas da um receio sim. Ademais eu recomendo o hotel e com certeza repetiria a estadia em uma volta à Porto Seguro.

As I showed to the person of the reception (and he agreed), your bed was a nightmare. Thin and over used over a bed base with woods pointing up. I had to try to avoid the contact of those woods with my bones to try to sleep. Paid usd 100 just for a sleep after a late night flight but I couldn’t rest at all. I want my money back.

Café da manhã enxuto, porém agradável e saboroso (tudo parecia fresquinho e feito na hora). Todos os colaboradores muito simpáticos e prestativos - nota 10. Áreas comuns limpas e bem cuidadas. Vizinhanca calma e silenciosa. Localizacão ótima em local seguro, há 10 minutos de caminhada da Passarela do Álcool e da balsa para Arraial D´Ajuda. A cama é de casal e não queen, então o tamanho pode ser desconfortável para alguns. O chuveiro é uma ducha residencial comum que não sai muita água, embora aqueca com eficiência. O quarto carece de algumas pequenas manutencões que não comprometeram a estadia de modo geral.

As instalações são simples, mas tudo em bom estado e impecavelmente limpo. Tem tudo que é indispensável: cama gostosa, chuveiro bom, ar condicionado e internet funcionando bem. Os itens do café da manhã estavam todos bem gostosos, sem contar a cordialidade dos colaboradores.
