A conservação do hotel é péssima, cheguei meu quarto estava quase alagando com o ar condicionado vazando, posteriormente arrumaram, até uma toalha no chão tinha devido o excesso de água; o chuveiro do quarto que fiquei estava com vazamento intenso, às paredes descascando. Gostei só dá localização, fica próximo de supermercados, da orla , da passarela do álcool e da balsa.

Muito ruim, ainda bem que era apenas por uma noite. Insalubre para quem é alérgico, cheiro forte provocado pela umidade, mas sem nenhum tratamento para minimizar, banheiro com cabelo na pia, tolhas de baixíssima qualidade, e sem nenhum cobertor disponível no quarto, a noite estava fria. Tenso, não recomendo.
