House of 2 floors, 4 suites in a beautiful gated community of 10 houses, offering comfort and security for your accommodation. It has a leisure space with swimming pool, barbecue area and wide green area. Fully furnished, it has all household items (blender, microwave oven, fans, electric iron, hair dryer, mixer, 2 TVs, air conditioning in all rooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, balcony with hammocks, shower, parking space for 2 cars. Bed linen is not available, but pillows are offered. The house is located on the beach of Taperapuã, two blocks from the trendy Axé Moi and Tôa Toa, close to a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, 24 hour bank terminal, etc. NOTE: Electricity is 220 volts.

Ficamos encantados com a casa. Localizada em um condomínio espetacular que superou nossas expectativas. A casa super aconchegante, uma graça. Apelidada por nós de " um mundo a parte em Porto Seguro". Dormitórios e lavatórios limpos e arrejados. O casal de caseiros super educados e receptivos.

FÉRIAS EXCEPCIONAIS

Ficamos hospedados durante 10 dias, e do início ao fim o sr. Marcelo foi atencioso, acompanhando e auxiliando em todo o processo. A casa impecável, melhor do que nas fotos, todos os quartos bem arejados, com ventiladores e ar condicionado. O espaço comum muito organizado, a cozinha completa com todos os itens necessários para nos sentirmos em casa. O condomínio possui uma área de lazer maravilhosa, em que desfrutamos da piscina durante alguns dias. Durante toda a estadia conhecemos também o caseiro e sua esposa, sempre muito solícitos em tudo que foi necessário e até mesmo em tarefas que não era de sua alçada. Ficamos muito satisfeitos, e pretendemos voltar novamente!
